Park Rules

          Remember that the Sparks America Campground is private property,  all guests will be expected to conduct theirself  in a responsiable manor at all time. Please enjoy your stay, respect the rules, as well as the rights other guest.

  • No Glass:     Please do not bring any glass containers on the property.   This includes beer bottles, liquor bottles and condiment bottles.   Any glass found on the grounds will be taken and disposed of by the park staff.   We have livestock and children that live and play here, broken hidden glass on the grounds as well as in the fire rings can de deadly.
  • No Guns:    Weapons and alcohol DO NOT mix, please do not bring your weapons on the grounds.
  • ATVs during Bike Runs:    This has been a sore subject due to ATV’S, Side-by-Side, Golf Carts & Ect. not being used responsibly at  the Bike Runs.  These type of vehicles will be allowed as long as they are being driven responsibly.   If any of my Staff  has to chase down one of these type vehicles that is driving crazy or exceding the speed limit,  which is 10 mph “It  Will Be Parked for the remainder of the event No Exceptions”.   We are not trying to run our guest away from the parties, you have a responsibalty to yourself and others to make everyone’s stay safe and fun.   Please operate your ATV”S slowly, safely and courteously.   These type vehicles are also not allowed in the Mud Run area or on the tracks during the Bike Runs.   If you are interested in that, you should check out one of our Mudstock Events!!   Tons of Fun…  See FAQ
  • Trash:    Trash is continuously serviced during events, please make sure and keep your area clean.   We place trash cans everywhere,  we also have a separate bin for the aluminum cans!   These cans are donated to the Maria Ward Foundation once the party is over…
  • Cigarette Butts:    Cigarette Butts are always a real problem every year.   Someone has to go around and spend days picking up all these butts.   Butt cans are provided and are also placed around various areas where people tend to congregate.   Please use a Cigarette Butt cans!!
  • No Pets allowed on the grounds:    Tony & Maggie’s pets are plenty enough to go around for these grounds!!
  • No Fireworks allowed at any time:   enough said…
  • No Parking in the tent camping area during bike runs:   There are parking areas marked over the hill past the RV camping area, follow the signs.   Please do us a favor and park your vehicle in the designated parking areas after unpacking  your vehicles at your camp.   There is twenty-four hour security everywhere including  the parking lot.   A vehicle in the tenting area’s take up space that others could use for a nice cool place to camp if it were not used up by a cage, get the drift?
  • No Attitudes “PLEASE”
  • Since our events are adult parties, Unless noted on the flyer that kids are allowed, You MUST be at least 21 yrs old to enter through the gates. (ID Required! Please see flyer for specific events age limits)
